Western Mass - The Great Tree Ride
We will meet at the Roundhouse Parking Lot on 5/9 at 10 AM.
We'll ride 5 paved miles through Northampton, stopping several times to look at the coolest trees! We'll end the ride right back where we started, with snacks!
The ride is 5 miles with 200 ft of elevation gain through Northampton on paved roads. There are a couple of hills, but the route is mostly flat.
We will ride for a couple short sections on slightly busier roads, otherwise the route sticks to quiet streets.
We will ride at an average pace of 5-7 mph, and won't leave anyone behind.

Des Moines - Banner Lakes Breakfast Ride
Join ABOB Des Moines for a casual, 14 mile (round trip) ride to breakfast!
We'll meet at Banner Lakes Boat Ramp #2 parking lot. We will ride approximately 7 miles on the trail to Crouse Cafe in Indianola for some breakfast and socializing, then return to Banner Lakes.

Des Moines - Dinner Ride to The Chicken
We'll meet at the shelter on the big loop on the west side of Water Works Park. We will ride approximately 6 miles on the trail to The Chicken for dinner and some socializing, then return to Water Works Park.

Des Moines - Easter Lake Breakfast Ride
Join us for a morning of riding, socializing and breakfast goodness! We'll meet at Mullets restaurant (downtown) parking lot.
We will ride approximately 13 miles on the trail to Easter Lake and around. Then end up back at Mullets for some breakfast and socializing.

Des Moines - High Trestle Trail Fall Ride
We'll meet at the trail head parking lot next to the Flat Tire Lounge in Madrid, IA. We will ride approximately 6 miles on the trail to the Whistlin' Donkey in Woodward, IA, for some socializing, then return to Madrid.

Houston - Pedals and Pancakes

Des Moines - 2nd Annual Spring Dust Off
Spring is finally here! Join us for our 2nd Annual Spring Dust Off anytime between 11:00 AM–2:00 PM at Water Works Park. This family-friendly event lets you ride as much or as little as you’d like.
We’ll have a bike mechanic on-site for safety checks to get you ready for the Iowa riding season. We’ll keep riding loops as long as folks want to ride—just look for the ABOB flag to find us!

Western Massachusetts Sugar Shack Ride
Lets go for a wintry adventure ride and eat some yummy breakfast food!
We'll be meeting VERY EARLY in order to be first in line at the sugar shack, so set your alarms and CHARGE YOUR LIGHTS!!
We'll meet near the end of the rail trail in Southampton at 5:45 AM on Saturday, March 7th. We'll set off on a 10 mile mixed terrain (dirt and paved roads) ride to Steves Sugar Shack, where we'll eat food with fresh, local maple syrup, YUM!
We'll slowly ride the 10 miles back (mostly downhill, phew) to the start!

After the film, we’ll have a live podcast recording with the director of the film, Robin Sansom and Nick Legan, SHIMANO brand manager.
We Are Cyclists tells the story of All Bodies on Bikes, a grassroots movement turned global community working to make cycling more inclusive, welcoming, and joyful for riders of all sizes. Featuring co-founders Marley Blonsky and Kailey Kornhauser, the 10-minute film captures rides and moments of connection filmed across the country—from bike camping trips to city group rides.
In a cycling culture often focused on speed and performance, this film redefines what it means to belong on a bike. Rooted in joy, representation, and community, We Are Cyclists celebrates all riders, all bikes, and all rides.

Portland - New Year's Day Ride, Cold Plunge & Sauna
Start the year with a 5.5 mile social ride and a cold plunge in the Willamette River!
Meet at Crema Coffee on SE Ankeny at 11:30am for a 12pm rollout. We'll ride 5.5 miles down the Springwater Corridor, ending at Sellwood Riverfront Park where anyone who wants can jump in the river!
After your plunge, warm up in the Guss Sauna, which we've booked for our group from 1:25 to 1:45pm. Space is limited in the sauna to 12 participants. RSVP required for the sauna session.
Expect a casual pace ride, no more than 10mph. All types of bikes and riders are welcome, including kids on cargo bikes, e-bikes, and adaptive bicycles.

Family Friendly Fall Adventure Ride
Join ABOB Chicago for a day of family fun riding at a various distances!
We will be meeting at the AIDS Garden in Chicago, will bike around 3 (mostly flat) miles to the Lincoln Park Zoo on Trails, loop around the pond, then meet at the bike racks for LPZ Fall Fest & Spooky Zoo Trick or treating.
We will head out from the Zoo around 5:00 pm, to catch the parade starting at State and Lake @ 6:00 pm (3 miles, mostly flat, using bike lanes), and then bike back (about 3 miles, bike lanes) to the Zoo after the parade!
Total round trip 9 miles

Virtual Zwift Rides
The weather is changing, but we still love to ride!
Join us on Zwift on Sunday October 5 & 12th for a fun, no-drop virtual ride! We'll ride for 60 minutes, using the rubber band feature. This means that you can ride at your own pace and enjoy all the benefits of a group ride!
We'll also have a live video and voice chat on the ABOB Discord server!
ABOB Chicago Fall Campout
Get ready for Chicago's most adventurous fall ride! We're pedaling from the iconic Buckingham Fountain on a scenic 25-mile journey to Big Marsh Chicago, where we'll spend the night under the stars. This isn't your average weekend ride – we're talking a full camping adventure with bikes as our trusty steeds, cruising at a chill 10-12mph pace so everyone can enjoy the beautiful October scenery.
Thanks to the Chicago Park District, camping is on the house! All Bodies on Bikes has you covered with snacks, water, and some festive beverages to keep spirits high. For just $15, you can grab dinner and wake up to breakfast and coffee.
The campsite keeps things wonderfully rustic (think port-a-john vibes, no running water), but don't worry – our SAG vehicle will be rolling alongside to help with any needs and haul any off-bike gear so you can focus on the pure joy of pedaling through fall in Chicago.

The Trek 100 Aid Station
Our DFW Chapter will be running the "family route" aid station at the TREK 100 in Fort Worth, TX. This ride helps raise funds for Cook Children's, which is the best pediatric hospital in the area. If you're riding, come say hey!

Albuquerque Pride Ride Ice Cream Social
Join All Bodies on Bikes ABQ for a pride ride to Pink Pony Soft Serve on June 25th! We will depart from Jerry Cline Park at 6 pm and ride two miles to Pink Pony Soft Serve before riding back to Jerry Cline.
The ride will be entirely paved and flat and is 50% on a multi use trail.
This ride is a no-drop ride meaning no rider will be left behind and the group will ride together!
