We are working to change the bike industry. We believe that anyone who wants to ride a bike should be able to, regardless of their size or weight.

Marley Blonsky
CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Marley is an Arkansas based bike adventurer, advocate and dog mom. She loves all kinds of biking - gravel rides, bike packing, commuting, and riding around town with her dog in her cargo bike.
Marley is sponsored by Cannondale, Ride With GPS, Twisted Spoke CBD, Shredly, Shimano, and Osprey Packs.

Kailey Kornhauser
CO-FOUNDER, BOARD PRESIDENT
Kailey Kornhauser (she/her) is based in Portland, OR and loves to ride her bike slowly across great distances. For the past decade Kailey has been working to make the outdoor recreation community, and cycling specifically, more inclusive for people of all sizes and backgrounds. When she's not on a bike, Kailey works in land management helping communities enhance their resilience to wildfire.
